INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS FOR AIRSOFT GUNS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS FOR AIRSOFT GUNS

IF YOUR COUNTRY IS NOT LISTED BELOW, THEN THERE ARE NO SPEICAL RESTRICTIONS FOR SHIPPING AIRSOFT GUNS TO YOUR COUNTRY THAT WE KNOW OF. WE STILL RECOMMEND CHECKING WITH YOUR LOCAL AUTHORITIES BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AS IMPORT LAWS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.


When shipping to Argentina:
Import permit is required for all airsoft guns.

When shipping to Australia: Import permit is required for all airsoft guns. If markers are fully automatic, the importer must apply through the Attorney General’s Department.

When shipping to Belgium:
Laser vision and/or night visors are prohibited.

When shipping to Brazil:
Importer must have a permit from the Army of Brazil to be able to receive any airsoft gun.

When shipping to Bulgaria:
Import permit and license is required.

When shipping to Canada:
Airsoft guns must have a muzzle velocity over 366 FPS and under 500 FPS with a 0.20g BB (minimum of 472 with a 0.12g BB).
Extra charges on down/ upgrade service and spare /upgrade parts may occurred.

When shipping to France:
Laser vision and/or night visors are prohibited.

When shipping to Germany:
Import permit must be obtained from German Police Authority prior to the import of the shipment. Laser Pentagon F Mark need to ADD to the Cart.

When shipping to Greece:
Consignee must obtain import permit from Greece Police Authority.

When shipping to Hong Kong: Discharge of muzzle energy is NOT greater than two (2.0) joules (500 FPS with 0.20g BBs).
Inspection is required by Police Department and Customs.

When shipping to Italy:
Importer must obtain import permit from Italian Police Authority.

When shipping to Netherlands:
Laser vision and/or night visors are prohibited.

When shipping to New Zealand:
Paintball markers/air pistols must be semi-automatic only.

When shipping to Norway:
Importer must obtain import permit for paintball markers/air pistols over 4.5 caliber.

When shipping to Pakistan:
Consignee must provide N.O.C. from Ministry of Interiors, along with National Tax Number and Certificate of Sales Tax.

When shipping to Philippines:
Permit from Firearms and Explosives Office must be obtained prior to the import of the shipment to prevent delay.

When shipping to Puerto Rico:
Shipments can only be imported by licensed gun dealers or law enforcement agencies since paintball markers/ air pistols are classified as weapons.
Shipments must not contain nitro or compressed air. If so, shipments will then be treated as Dangerous Goods and will require additional documentation and certification by shipper.
Shipments of paintball markers/air pistols require inspection by the Puerto Rico Police Department.

When shipping to South Africa:
Shipments of paintball markers/air pistols require an import permit from the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

When shipping to Spain:
Laser vision and/or night visors are prohibited.
Letter from importer declaring kinetic energy is less than 24.2 joules when paintball markers/air pistols are classified using HTC 9304.0000.00.

When shipping to Sweden:
Individual (non-commercial) receivers must be 18 years old.

When shipping to Taiwan:
Shipments are subject to inspection by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection.

When shipping to Turkey:
Import permit is required. Importer must obtain approval from the Governor Police Directorate.

When shipping to The United Kingdom
The receiver MUST over 18 years old. UKARA number is required. Two-Tone-Modle with 51% bright color will provide to Non-UKARA member's buyer.

When shipping to The United State of America
Orange /Bright color muzzle tip will provide. A permanent orange/bright color over trigger guard and lower pistol grip when order ship to Califonia
